Other firms brief us as counsel in civil litigation, industrial relations, employment and family law matters. Our work includes civil as well as industrial relations appeals and judicial review applications at all levels. We are usually brought in to argue the case, working alongside the instructing solicitors. Both partners take counsel briefs, and each has more than three decades in legal practice. We also work with firms in Sabah and Sarawak: we advise and prepare the case, and they appear in the courts there.

We sometimes take on drafting as part of the brief. We are particular about how a case is put on paper. The way an argument is framed in writing matters when it comes time to make it in court.
